You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders. Whether you’re a seasoned SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow, your commitment to evidence-based practice and passion for student development will be highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Experience with K-12 student populations
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for family and staff collaboration
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (no remote or SLPA roles for this position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student needs and successes
