Enjoy a 37.5 hour work week, supporting students across various age ranges, collaborating with educational staff, and participating in multidisciplinary teams. Whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or a dedicated CFY, your expertise will be valued and supported in this dynamic school environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • SLP-CCC or in progress with SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
  • Experience working in schools is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and delivery
  • Motivation to support students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for students
  • Develop treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related services
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Adapt approaches to engage students across a range of developmental levels
