You’ll work 37.5 hours per week from August 11, 2026, through May 20, 2027, providing both direct and indirect services to students. The schedule is built for work-life balance, with no extra responsibilities such as bus duty or parent pick-up required outside your contracted hours. Travel therapists can also take advantage of stipend eligibility.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (Oklahoma)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in providing speech, language, and communication interventions for K-12 students
- Comfort with caseload management, IEP writing, and collaborating within an educational team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop student-centered, individualized education plans and monitor progress
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services
- Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all required documentation
- Travel between campuses may be required within the district
