Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending Oklahoma SLP license
- SLP-CCC credentials or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goals for students in school settings
- Collaborative, compassionate approach to working with children, families, and educational teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Offer consultation and support to classroom teachers on integrating speech-language strategies
