Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals and educational needs
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements
Support students in areas including articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and related speech-language needs

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
