Occupational Therapist – School-Based Position (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position supporting students in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This is a W-2 position offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from $49-60 based on experience, along with full benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, and dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment.

This role is based in a school setting—no travel required—and provides the opportunity to work closely with students and staff to support functional, academic, and developmental success.

In this role, you will:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services in the school setting
Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active OT license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
IEP experience preferred
