Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado CDE and Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support planning
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
