Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Olathe, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado CDE and Speech Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support planning
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
