School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Olathe, Colorado

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to make an impact in the lives of students! This full-time, contract position focuses on supporting at-risk youth and individuals from a variety of academic and economic backgrounds. Your role will include performing comprehensive evaluations and assessments to ensure every student gets the tailored services they need to thrive academically and socially. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
• Previous experience working with at-risk youth is highly desired
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and a passion for equity in education
• Strong skills in evaluations, assessments, and individualized treatment planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, parents, and caregivers
• Comfortable with virtual service delivery, if applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students with varied needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services in-person or virtually, as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate progress and strategies with educators and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interdisciplinary support teams
