Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP in Kansas
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued, though strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to school and student requirements
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school protocols
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
