Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- ASHA Certification (SLP CCC) required, demonstrating national recognition of excellence in speech-language pathology
- Extensive background providing therapy for pediatric populations, from infancy to early 20s
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention across speech, language, and communication disorders
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric clinical setting strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled speech and language therapy to children and adolescents with a wide range of needs
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress consistently
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other clinicians for cohesive patient care
- Communicate effectively with families, providing guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with clinic standards and best practices
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic culture
