Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • ASHA Certification (SLP CCC) required, demonstrating national recognition of excellence in speech-language pathology
  • Extensive background providing therapy for pediatric populations, from infancy to early 20s
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention across speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled speech and language therapy to children and adolescents with a wide range of needs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress consistently
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other clinicians for cohesive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing guidance and support throughout the therapeutic process
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with clinic standards and best practices
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic culture
