Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services individually and in small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and communication logs in accordance with school and state regulations
  • Foster a positive and language-rich environment that encourages student growth and engagement
