Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Kansas SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload across grade levels
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based intervention teams
- Monitor and document student progress toward established goals
- Provide consultation and resources to parents, teachers, and school staff
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment supporting student achievement
