Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience providing therapy in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic assessments for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and offer expert recommendations
  • Support a positive and inclusive school environment
