Step into a meaningful role as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist serving students during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload in a supportive school setting close to Old Town, FL. With a flexible schedule of 2 to 2.5 days per week, you’ll contribute your expertise to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for working with school-aged children
  • Ability to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and document progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in line with school and state guidelines
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and required training sessions
