Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or ability to obtain
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Experience or passion for working in school environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting students’ educational and developmental growth

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for a diverse caseload of students
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school standards and regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on students’ speech/language progress and needs
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Support a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering student confidence and skill development
