Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs considered
  • Previous experience in a K-12 or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students for communication, language, articulation, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning
  • Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and professional guidelines
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
