Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs considered
- Previous experience in a K-12 or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for communication, language, articulation, and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and professional guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, both individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
