Ideal candidates will have:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and implement IEPs

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team efforts to support each student’s educational goals
