What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- California state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work with PreK-12 caseloads
- A collaborative mindset to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and data for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
