What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• California state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work with PreK-12 caseloads
• A collaborative mindset to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and data for compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
