You’ll play an essential role in fostering communication and learning for students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing expert guidance and support throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting, working with a diverse PreK-12 caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and consultative services to students onsite
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and administrators to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare IEP documentation, and participate in meetings as required
  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment to help students reach their full communication potential
  • Provide family education and resources as part of a holistic approach to student development
