Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of functioning both independently and as an integrated team member
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on communication goals
- Track, monitor, and document each student's progress with keen attention to detail
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive care plans
- Actively engage and educate families in the therapy process, promoting carryover at home
