Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Olivehurst, CA

Step into a dynamic contract position serving a single elementary school site, supporting young learners in grades TK-5. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through high-quality speech-language services for a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students.

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in this setting, your expertise will be critical in helping students achieve their optimal communication abilities throughout the academic year, spanning a 160-170 day contract.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and IEP development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Providing direct intervention and consultation to support student participation and success in the classroom
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating regularly with school staff and families
• Offering recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
