Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Olivehurst, CA | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Olivehurst, California during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve students in TK–5th grade and is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping elementary-aged students strengthen their communication, language, and speech skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Support students with a variety of speech, language, communication, and related needs.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible California SLP licensure
- Appropriate California school-based credentialing as required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
