This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with several assignment options available, including infant-toddler, middle/elementary, or PreK-12th grade populations. Enjoy the option of hybrid work, combining onsite services with remote delivery for select assignments. All placement locations are within an hour of the main campus, giving you choice and convenience.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children or infants/toddlers in an educational or clinical setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable approach, comfortable working both onsite and via telepractice
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of students with differing needs and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, aligning with IEP goals
- Deliver therapy in individual, small group, and classroom settings, both in-person and virtually as required
- Maintain timely documentation for evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and generalization of skills
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and IEP planning
