Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing vital speech-language services in the heart of Kansas. This role offers multiple opportunities for certified Speech-Language Pathologists to work with a diverse caseload, either in a full-time or part-time capacity, with the added flexibility of hybrid work arrangements.

Three positions are currently available for committed professionals:

  • Full-time at the middle school level (caseload of 45–50 across 2 schools)
  • Full-time at the elementary level (caseload of 50–55 across 2 schools)
  • Part-time at the elementary level (caseload of 20 students)

Your expertise will support growth and success for students with a variety of communication needs, working alongside a collaborative team in a supportive educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Kansas SLP license (required)
  • Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in both onsite and virtual/hybrid environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative services as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
