The unique hybrid structure allows for a blend of on-site presence with the ECSE 3-1st grade campus and remote days, to be determined in collaboration with the team. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent for SLP/CF or SLPA)
• Valid licensure and certification for SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA in Texas (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred, though enthusiastic new grads are welcome
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to hybrid work arrangements
• Commitment to fostering communication skills in early learners

Role Highlights:
