The unique hybrid structure allows for a blend of on-site presence with the ECSE 3-1st grade campus and remote days, to be determined in collaboration with the team. The focus is on a diverse caseload spanning articulation, language, and pragmatic skills, offering rich professional variety. Supervision is thoughtfully provided for Clinical Fellows, ensuring growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent for SLP/CF or SLPA)
  • Valid licensure and certification for SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA in Texas (or eligibility)
  • School-based experience preferred, though enthusiastic new grads are welcome
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to hybrid work arrangements
  • Commitment to fostering communication skills in early learners

Role Highlights:

  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to ECSE–1st grade students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
  • Balance in-person services on campus with remote work (structure discussed during interview)
  • 37.5 hours per week with a consistent schedule throughout the academic year
