Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending SLP license in Washington State
• SLP-CCC holders and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services in a diverse learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and conduct therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Manage a K-12 caseload, developing and documenting Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise to improve educational outcomes
