Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid or pending Washington state SLP license
  • SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are both encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for various speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver therapy services to K-12 students, tailoring intervention plans to meet individual needs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate progress documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent student support and accommodations
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts for optimal student outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in speech-language pathology
