Step into a dynamic contract-based opportunity serving students in a supportive school environment near Olympia, WA. We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services while covering two maternity leaves—one full-time from September 4th through January 31st, and another part-time (2 days/week) starting immediately through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current or eligible Washington licensure
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to document, plan, and adapt services to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students of varying ages
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, according to IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
