We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services while covering two maternity leaves—one full-time from September 4th through January 31st, and another part-time (2 days/week) starting immediately through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current or eligible Washington licensure
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, and adapt services to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
