Speech Language Pathologist in Olympia, WA

We are seeking enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to cover two maternity leaves within a dynamic school setting near Olympia, WA. Available assignments:

• Full-time position from September 4th through January 31st
• Part-time (2 days per week) position, starting ASAP and lasting through the end of the school year

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP - CCC certification
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress towards goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and staff to support students’ academic success
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
