Two Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available, covering maternity leaves with options for both full-time and part-time schedules. Ideal candidates have experience within school settings and hold SLP-CCC credentials. Your expertise will help students achieve milestones in expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language, making a genuine difference during critical developmental periods.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP Certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Washington State licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Team-first mentality with adaptability for diverse caseloads and service delivery models

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and data collection
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Consult with staff to support classroom communication strategies

Available Assignments:

  • Full-time SLP, September 4th through January 31st, covering a maternity leave
  • Part-time SLP, 2 days per week, beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year
