Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Write and maintain thorough progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings

- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to generalize skills in classroom and home environments
