Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Write and maintain thorough progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings

• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to generalize skills in classroom and home environments
