School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Olympia, Washington

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will focus on a caseload of 44-50 elementary-aged students, collaborating with educators and families to deliver effective interventions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license or SLP-CCC credentials (Washington state certification preferred)
• Consideration for SLPAs with appropriate credentials
• Experience working with elementary school students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
• Conduct assessments and document treatment progress
