Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Washington State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience providing services in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop targeted therapy plans focused on student success
  • Provide direct intervention and consultative services for students with a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Support the development of student communication abilities in both individual and group settings
