Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an SLPA program.
  • Active SLP-CCC or SLPA certification (Washington State credentials preferred).
  • Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, is strongly valued.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
  • Process and manage a caseload of 44-50 students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in parent and team meetings.
  • Support overall communication needs within the school community.
  • Cover a full-time, September-November maternity leave assignment.
