Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or full CCCs from ASHA
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain detailed records

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all therapy, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ inclusion in the classroom
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication strategies and accommodations
