Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Nebraska
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Competence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting students’ progress and participating in ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to individualized plans
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines
