Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to clinicians eager to serve school-age populations
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer speech, language, and communication screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services for students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Advise and educate families and staff about students’ communication needs and strategies for support
