Qualifications/Desired Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Minnesota and ability to secure district credentials
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in meetings, provide staff in-services, and support school initiatives
