School Speech Language Pathologist - Oneonta, Alabama

We are seeking a dedicated SLP with CCC credentials to serve PreK-4th grade students for a 12-week maternity leave coverage at an elementary school near Oneonta, AL. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by delivering quality therapy and support to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students.

What you bring:

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Current Educator Certification for school-based practice
• Experience with elementary-aged children (PreK-4) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school policies
• Work as a vital part of the special education team, contributing expertise for student success
• Deliver engaging individual and small group therapy, targeting student goals
• Support generalization of skills in classroom and school activities
