Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially PreK students
• Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities and IEP documentation
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and healthcare practices in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in PreK students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide therapy services through in-person and teletherapy formats
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes

Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $50 to $70 per hour, dependent on your experience.
