Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially PreK students
- Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities and IEP documentation
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and healthcare practices in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide therapy services through in-person and teletherapy formats
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $50 to $70 per hour, dependent on your experience.
