Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY).
  • Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments.
  • Expertise in teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PreK student development and common communication disorders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and continued professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy services to PreK students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and teletherapy service delivery.

This contract opportunity offers competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $48-60 based on experience. The position is based in the Ontario/Azusa area, working with a single school and a PreK caseload in a collaborative, student-focused setting.
