Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Ontario, CA

This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across three SDC classes, providing essential speech and language services for more than 60 children with mild to moderate needs. Collaborate closely with a dedicated SLPA two days per week to maximize student progress and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license required
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome to apply
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience highly preferred
• Competence with a variety of communication disorders in elementary-aged students
• Background in teletherapy delivery a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve approximately 60+ children across three mild/moderate SDC classrooms
• Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Collaborate with SLPA for two days each week to enhance therapy coverage and group learning opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in student support meetings and family consultations as needed
