Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience highly preferred
- Competence with a variety of communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Background in teletherapy delivery a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve approximately 60+ children across three mild/moderate SDC classrooms
- Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate with SLPA for two days each week to enhance therapy coverage and group learning opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in student support meetings and family consultations as needed
