Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ontario, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles)
• Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience providing services in school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation processes is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech and language therapy to students ranging in age and need
• Develop, execute, and document treatment plans and progress in compliance with school and regulatory policies
• Support students via both in-person and teletherapy models, depending on assignment requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote generalization of skills in the classroom and beyond
• Provide guidance and support to instructional staff regarding strategies for communication
• Support both direct and consultative service models for students with IEPs
