School Speech Language Pathologist - Ontario, CA

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in a variety of speech-language positions and be comfortable working in-person or via teletherapy. Both experienced clinicians and those seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply, as are Speech-Language Pathology Assistants with relevant experience in schools or healthcare settings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an associate’s degree for SLPA candidates
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery (for teletherapy roles)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Dedication to supporting students’ growth and success

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech/language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set student-specific goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (in person or via teletherapy)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and progress discussions
• Provide mentorship and support for CFY and SLPA staff
