This role focuses solely on your SLP work—no extra responsibilities like bus or car line duty—ensuring your time is dedicated to your students’ success. With a guaranteed number of hours each week and compensation for both direct and indirect services, your contributions as an SLP are recognized and valued.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • CCCs or CFY credentials welcomed
  • Experience with school-aged children, ideally in a middle school setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to middle school students, adjusting approaches for diverse needs
  • Conduct evaluations and implement IEPs in partnership with the school team
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, ensuring all aspects of student communication needs are addressed
