Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Holds or working toward SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Experience or passion for working in school settings, ideally with grades 5–7
• Ability to manage caseloads and provide effective interventions
• Adaptable to both full-time and part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours/week)
• SLPA applicants are welcome to express interest; direct hire for SLP prioritized as required
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Clear communication and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans customized for middle school students
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with educational teams, integrating strategies in classroom settings
• Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development
• Serve as a resource for parents, teachers, and staff on communication strategies
