Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology NJ license required (CCC only, not accepting CF or SLPA candidates)
• Must have previous school-based SLP experience
• Experience with elementary caseloads preferred
• Ability to conduct testing, assessments, and evaluations
• Must be comfortable working within school district settings
• Reliable transportation and proximity for commuting
• Completion of onboarding: TB test, physical, and fingerprinting (for agency and district)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Manage a full-time caseload (35 hours/week, 8:15AM-3:15PM, Monday-Friday)
• Deliver comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster communication skills and support student success
