Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with grades K-5. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) preferred
  • Strong understanding of articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented approach and a passion for working in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students in need of speech/language intervention
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy for students with speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates as needed
  • Engage students using creative and evidence-based therapy techniques
  • Provide progress reports and ongoing communication to stakeholders
