Work closely with school-aged children and staff on a balanced weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, and help students thrive academically and socially.

Preferred applicants bring a strong foundation in speech-language pathology and hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Prior experience in a school environment is essential, ensuring confidence in collaborating with education professionals and meeting the unique needs of school-aged clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience serving pediatric populations in K-12 settings
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and school teams
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and data-driven intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of elementary and high school students
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services, both group and individual
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment
