In this position, you will:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Have prior experience or a strong interest in working within a school setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy and evaluation.
  • Stay organized and efficient while managing a dynamic caseload and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines.
  • Monitor and document students’ progress toward their speech and language objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
