This contract position supports students with mild to moderate needs through an Early Intervention Program, allowing you to help shape communication skills at a crucial stage in their development. This is a full-time role, with a 7.5-hour workday, perfect for professionals who are ready to get started as soon as possible.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Holds a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in a school setting, encompassing K-12 or early intervention
  • Knowledge of assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
  • Familiarity with providing services to students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Current credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
  • Evaluate and assess students’ speech-language development and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in parent meetings and IEP reviews
