Qualifications & Skills:
- Holds a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC strongly preferred)
- Experience working in a school setting, encompassing K-12 or early intervention
- Knowledge of assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Familiarity with providing services to students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
- Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Current credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech-language development and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in parent meetings and IEP reviews
