What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure and certification, including CFY applicants
• Willingness to serve a mixed-age caseload in school settings
• Ability to engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Create individualized treatment plans and progress reports
• Engage in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for team collaboration
• Participate in annual performance reviews and regular check-ins with leadership
• Contribute to process improvement and adopt best practices in service delivery
