What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working within educational settings
- Ability to effectively engage diverse student populations, from preschoolers to teens
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups and needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Participate in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions with fellow professionals
- Collaborate with a same-discipline supervisor and engage in regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
- Utilize testing materials and up-to-date equipment provided for your role
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and share ideas for efficient, high-quality service delivery
