Step into a dynamic school-based setting as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, offering dedicated FMLA coverage from February 1, 2027, to May 24, 2027. This opportunity is situated in a welcoming community near Oregon, IL, and features a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week. The diverse caseload includes a specialized day school, high school students, and pre-school walk-ins—ensuring rich, varied experience in your daily work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or interest in working within educational settings
  • Ability to effectively engage diverse student populations, from preschoolers to teens
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups and needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
  • Participate in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions with fellow professionals
  • Collaborate with a same-discipline supervisor and engage in regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
  • Utilize testing materials and up-to-date equipment provided for your role
  • Take part in process improvement initiatives and share ideas for efficient, high-quality service delivery
