Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois SLP license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Experience or comfort working with students ages 3-21, based on school assignments
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- Ability to work onsite throughout the assignment, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide one-on-one and group speech-language therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
