Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois SLP License and ASHA CCC (Clinical Certificate of Competence) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Prior experience delivering SLP services within a K-8 educational environment
• Strong understanding of IEP process, collaboration, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site for 32 hours per week, with a flexible 3-4 day/week schedule (no virtual service option)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services primarily to students in upper elementary and middle school
• Assess and identify students’ speech/language needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough records and complete required documentation for student files and IEP meetings
• Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing staff training as needed
