Multiple positions (full-time and 0.5 FTE options) are available, each offering the fulfilling experience of working with a diverse caseload of K-12 students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Florida State License for Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Adaptability to work across multiple campuses as needed
  • Passion for supporting students’ communication and learning goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, communication, and related disorders within a K-12 population
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
  • Provide intervention individually or in groups as appropriate for caseload
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to student support plans
