Speech-Language Pathologist – Part-Time | Onsite School-Based Position | 2026-2027 School Year

Job Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, onsite school-based position near Orlando, Florida for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity allows an experienced or passionate SLP to work with middle and high school students in a collaborative educational environment focused on student success and communication development.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Near Orlando, FL
• Schedule: Part-Time
• Setting: Onsite School-Based
• Student Population: Grades 7-12
• Start Date: August 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and screenings as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech-language services.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other speech-language needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply if applicable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
